A dedicated IP address
On the 250 Devices and 1000 Devices plans your controller answers on its own public IPv4 with matching reverse DNS. Clean for firewall allowlisting and stable for device adoption. The 25 Devices plan runs on a shared address.
Upgrade and roll back
Pin any version. Move forward when you're ready, or roll straight back if a release misbehaves — sites, devices and database intact.
Your data, in your hands
Your controller's own backup system is available to you at any time from inside the controller — create a backup, download it, keep your own copies. Platform-level snapshots are taken by our team.
Your domain, real TLS
Run on a clean hostname with certificates issued and renewed automatically. No port numbers, no browser warnings.
Your own virtual machine
Every controller runs in its own VM with reserved CPU, RAM and disk — not a container squeezed onto a shared box with everyone else's.
